National Child Care Advocacy Assembly

Child Care Now’s National Child Care Advocacy Assembly will be taking place this November 18 (Saturday) and 19 (Sunday) both in Ottawa, and online. 

Assembly participants will assess the roll-out of the federal government’s Canada-wide system of early learning and child care (CWELCC), and develop a renewed advocacy strategy in support of affordable, inclusive, accessible, and high quality not-for-profit and public early learning and childcare services across Canada.

About 70 people, who were chosen from a large list of applicants, will take part in-person. It is not too late to register to participate virtually. If you have already received a Zoom invitation, there is no need to register again.
